Love is a topic that gets everyone talking but too often, it is wrapped in selfish expectations. One would say, “Shouldn't you put yourself first?” but this phrase is nearly pointless when you have someone your heart beats for. You may not understand it if you have never loved or been loved before but love drives people to do crazy things and go out of their way for those they love.
You deserve the kind of love you give and I hope that you find:
A love that is pure and true
A love that is forgiving
A love that is patient even in trying times
A love that is committed
A love that holds your hand through life’s storm
A love that listens and understands
A love that would watch the world burn to keep you warm
A love that never intentionally hurts you
A love that hurts when you are hurting
A love that shares in your joy and sorrow
A love that proudly shows you off to the world
A love that is stable
A love that transcends the bounds of time…
While the love you seek may still be on its way, hold on to hope and when it does get to you, I hope it brings joy and never turn your smiles into tears.
Embrace happiness, live fully, and open your heart to the endless possibilities that life has in store for you.
